Build and integrate

We set up your Twilio number, configure the workflows, write the sequences, and connect everything to your CRM and calendar. No input needed from you during this phase.

Test and review

We run test leads through every workflow path and send you the results. You review the messages, timing, and logic. We adjust anything that needs it.

Day 10–14
Go live

Handoff call. We walk through what's live, what each workflow does, and how to read your monthly report. Then it runs — you get back to running your business.

Common questions

What most people ask
before the audit call

Do I need to learn any new software?

No. You don't touch any of the automation tools. You use your existing CRM and phone as you always have — the system runs behind them. We send you a monthly report. That's the only interface you need.

What if I want to change a message or sequence later?

Just email us. Changes at the workflow level are handled by our team — usually turned around within a business day. You don't need to log into anything or configure anything yourself.

What happens if a lead replies with something unexpected?

The system flags it and stops the sequence. You get notified. We design every workflow with escape hatches — if the AI can't handle the reply confidently, it hands off to you rather than risk a bad interaction.

How do you make sure messages sound like me?

We collect samples of your actual writing — emails, past sequences, how you typically open a message to a client. The AI is given these as examples and instructed to match your style, word choices, and tone. Most clients can't tell the difference.

What CRMs do you work with?

Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, LionDesk, Salesforce (including Starter Suite), and most others with an API or webhook support. If you use something unusual, ask — we've connected to a wide range of tools and can usually make it work.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Cancel after month 3 if it isn't working — though it will be. The audit call is free precisely so we can confirm fit before you spend anything. If the math doesn't work for your business, we'll tell you on the call.
