What's the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers the build — configuring your automations, connecting your tools, setting up your Twilio number, writing and testing the sequences, and running the handoff call. It's a one-time cost. Monthly fees after that are for the running system plus ongoing support and tuning.

Are there per-message or per-contact fees?

No. Your monthly fee is flat. We absorb the cost of SMS delivery, email sending, and AI usage into our margins at Starter and Growth volumes. At Pro, we discuss infrastructure pass-through costs for unusually high-volume clients — but for most businesses, it's a flat fee.

Can I cancel anytime?

After month 3. We ask for a 3-month minimum because that's how long it takes to see the system working at full rhythm — sequences completing, leads nurturing through full cycles, review requests accumulating. If it isn't working after month 3, cancel without a conversation.

What does the upgrade from Starter to Growth cost?

The difference in monthly fees ($500/mo) plus a smaller setup fee for the new Growth workflows — typically $500–$600 depending on what needs to be built on top. Because Starter logs clean data from day one, there's no teardown or data migration.

Do I pay for both Starter and Growth if I upgrade?

No. Growth replaces Starter's monthly fee — it's $1,000/mo total, not $1,500. The Starter workflows continue running; you're just paying for the expanded tier.

Is there a contract?

A simple service agreement — month-to-month after the initial 3-month period. No multi-year lock-in. No penalty for leaving after that window.
